Colombian Surpremo:
Colombia is one of the largest exporters of coffee. The coffee is smooth & lively. Grown high in the Andes Mountains Surpremo is well rounded, mildly acidic and quite aromatic. Full City Roast.
Costa Rican:
Highest grade is SHB which is grown between 3,900' and 5,400'. We purchase ours from the Tarrazu or Tres Rios districts, the countries most noted growing areas. The coffee possesses high acidity, medium to heavy body and good aroma. All of this in a good balance! Full City Roast.
Jamaican Blue Mountain:
One of the most expensive coffees in the world. Rich flavor and aroma, body, and moderate acidity, all in perfect balance in the cup.
Ethiopian Yirqacheffe:
From the Sidamo growing region, this coffee is a fine example of the kind of perfumed scent and taste found only in Ethiopian beans. This washed coffee has a delicate flavour with lemony and flowery notes. City Roast.
Kenya AA:
Full complete taste with good acidity. 'AA' beans are round and large. These high grown beans, among the finest in the world, offer a distinctly wine-like flavour with a truly hypnotic blackberry aroma. Full City Roast.
Rwanada:
A very balanced coffee, creamy chocolate, and a nice body. We roast this coffee on the lighter side to bring out the subtle floral notes.
Tanzanian Peaberry:
A distinctive coffee with rich intense flavor, cultivated on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Full City Dark.
Sumatra Mandheling:
This coffee is known for it's heavy almost syrupy body. It's acidity is very low. The aroma is powerful. The taste is direct and sturdy with a nutty flavor. Dark Roast
Celebes Kalosi:
A lightly acidic coffee with increased pungency and a great deal of body. A bass toned cup with oaky smokiness & a thick mouthfeel. Dark Roast.
Papua New Guinea:
Grown at high altitude (55oo to 5700 ft) this coffee is medium bodied and aromatic; with floral & fruit flavor notes. Full City Roast.
Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy:
This is a beautiful opal-green coffee with outstanding Kona cup qualities. The coffee is perfectly prepped, has nice aromatics, complexity & hints of cinnamon. Full City Roast.
Mocha Java:
In this well-known classic coffee, Ethiopian Limu's exotic tones are coupled with Sumatra's nut-like flavour for a truly unique coffee experience. Full City – Dark.
Viennese Blend:
This blend brings together the best of both world's. Fine acidity and flavour from the lighter Central American coffees, combined with the bittersweet flavour of a darker roast. One of our most popular coffees. Full City – Dark.
French Roast:
Our Bestseller! The darkest of the dark. Central American beans blended and roasted until the oil completely covers the beans. Hearty smoky flavour with light acidity. This is a coffee to awaken your senses! Full City Dark Roast.
Colombian Dark:
In this delightful coffee you will find the oil and colour almost black. It is similar to what you will find in Southern Italy. Very smooth with a distinct dark roast flavour. Full City Dark Roast.
Signature Espresso:
Our own signature espresso. This blend is comprised of the finest coffees from each of the major growing regions for a full spectrum and well balanced extraction. It produces a wonderful crema. Thick, rich and tangy with a silky smooth finish. Full City.
Decaffeinated Colombian:
Choice, high grown beans from which 98% of the caffeine has been removed. Good acidity, mild with rich full-bodied flavour. Full City.
Decaffeinated Espresso:
Dark roasted Colombian. Heavy-bodied, smooth, mildly smoky, caramel. You can enjoy this coffee in both a filter brewer or an espresso machine. Full City.
